If the attack starts targeting the ground, it may be because you are too close to TAOV’s neutral monster “Void Shipyard.” One of TAOV’s performance optimization features is that slain neutral monsters do not have their physical structures deleted; instead, their cores are teleported to the shipyard to await reuse in future spawns.
