-Added a welcome message thanking the player for playing Minecraft with my mod and guiding them through the start of their adventure.

-FOR PLAYERS WHO DOWNLOADED THE MOD IN AN EARLIER VERSION AND WANT TO UPDATE TO VERSION 1.4.0! The loss of the portal block file meant that I had to recreate one. Worlds running in an older version of the mod will no longer be able to be generated in the new version. If you want to continue playing in these worlds, you'll need the mod in version 1.2.0 or earlier.
