Copious Dogs Reforged
This was based on an existing mod available for minecraft 1.7.10 which does not seem to have been updated in quite some time. This started off as an attempt to fix various bugs and make it work nicely for my daughter.

Fixed an issue where attempting to leash a dog you do not own would crash the game.
Fixed an issue where server performance was heavily impacted by hungry dogs looking for food.
Fixed an issue where dog spawn configuration was not being used.
Added further configuration for dog spawning.
