Add GUI-scale-independent Text Size option (v1.0.1)

Add a Text Size config slider (50-300%) that renders the coordinates at a fixed on-screen size regardless of the GUI Scale setting, by counter-scaling the HUD text by the GUI scale factor via the pose stack.
