Adds a multiblock kitchen that shows recipes you can make with what ingredients you have available.

Fixed recipes not crafting if there is a recipe conflict (e.g. stock with apple vs vinegar)
Fixed recipes not crafting if a smelting recipe with same input existed (e.g. raw bacon)
Fixed shift-clicking a recipe with multiple output (e.g. fresh water) resulting in more than a stack being crafted
Fixed crafting of recipes not always working when Create is installed
