Cooked Carrots [Fabric/Forge/NeoForge]

This mod adds one new item, the cooked carrot. A cooked carrot is a food item that restores the same amount of hunger and saturation as a regular carrot, but is eaten twice as fast and you can eat it even while having a full hunger bar.
