Tweaks:
* small rework of the hoverpad lift mechanic ... again. should be much smoother now
* slightly increased blast pad launching strength
* changed hover pad, blast pad and player interface to only target entities with their position directly above the block; previously only cared about hitbox collision
Fixed Bugs:
* comparator output not updating properly on player interface
