Tweaks:
* increased storage crate inventory size by 9 slots
* added potion effect tooltips to thorns and lumbering potion
* bandages:
* * lowered time to needed to apply
* * now uses it's own "Bandaged" potion effect
* * increased maximum healing 15.125(a little more than 7 hearts and a half)
* * healing is applied twice a second over 25 seconds
* * taking damage while the effect is active has a chance to remove the effect (100% at 2 hearts of damage or higher)

Fixed Bugs:
* seed box unknown deserializer error on server
* tome of transmutation results could exceed the maximum stack size
* backpack caused crash (ArrayIndexOOBException)
