Convenient Additions

Features:
* added rocket pack (allows accelerating the elytra by holding the forward button, effectively infinite flight .. yes that is intended)
* added climbing claws (allows sneaking at walls while holding forward to climb them; requested by a friend of mine)
* added climbing gear (allows climbing walls even faster and walk up blocks)
* added miner's bracelet (increases mining speed; cumulative)
* added ender-proof block and glass (a block endermen can't teleport through)
* added soul gems (used for crafting with mobs, combine an mcd with a diamond to get one)
* added iron factory (slowly generates iron - 1 ingot per 2.5 minutes; reduce server load by having iron farms in one block; it's very expensive; can be disabled in the configs)
* added spikes (crafting item)
* added iron golem block (fancy building block)
* added work station (crafting table that keeps items + 9 storage slots; yes it looks like an RP project table)

Tweaks:
* significantly increased durability of adventurer's pickaxes (requires recrafting)
* adventurer's pickaxe vein mining now uses oredictionary instead of searching for the same block
* some textures changed
* valkyie wings no longer have the spiked soles effect
* mob containment devices now state their contained entities (requires recapturing)
* changed spiked soles recipe
* updated jei integration
* changed ender plate recipe

Fixed Bugs:
* compost soil tooltip says "Effectiveness" instead of "Degradation"
* crash caused by the tome of transmutation (ItemStack NPE)
* missing localization for some tooltips
* amulet of breath craftable with any kind of potion
* ender plate uncraftable
* double clicking in guis with inventory could void items
