Swaps which player is in control of the body after a set amount of time.

What's new
Changelog:
- more updates to position and look angle per second, meaning more accurate spectating (yay!)
- more precise looking angle
- added a 3 second note block sound countdown just before the swap (can change volume in sound settings)
- the Control Swap timer now pauses when there is only one player left on the team
- added nether portal animation for spectators
- death screen now shows for spectators (though they can't respawn)
- screen now darkens for spectators as well when sleeping
- performance improvement for transferring owned mobs across swap
Bugfixes:
- fixed freelook mods being broken
- fixed getting out of beds on a swap
- fixed permanently sneaking on swap (visual bug)
- fixed spectators being able to see hand when rowing a boat
- fixed spectators being able to see held item when the body was in the spectator gamemode
- /controlswap start no longer forces survival mode
- ender chests now follow shared inventory logic
- pause menu and chat no longer close unexpectedly when swapping to spectate
