Despite the ND clause, you are explicitly give the following permission. We encourage you to create your own addon!

[ADDONS] You can create addons. Addons are considered as separate mods, that requires this mod as dependencies and that are not "derivatives" of this mod.
[COMMERCIAL & MONETIZATION] Addon creators are allowed to monetize their own work.
[MODPACKS] You are free to include the original, unmodified Control Blocks JAR in any modpack.
