Tinkers' Continuum 26.1.2-3.11.6

Fixes
- Fixed duplicate solid-fuel recipe warnings during recipe sync.
- Improved recipe cache handling so repeated client/server recipe reloads do not keep stale fuel lookup data.
- Updated the required Continuum Mantle version to 1.11.2 for the latest recipe sync fixes.

Tested
- Verified client startup, world join, JEI startup, Apotheosis sync, and AE2-family compatibility on NeoForge 26.1.2.100.
