Port
- Ported Mantle to Minecraft 26.1.2 and NeoForge 26.1.
- Updated the build to use NeoForge ModDev, Java 25 toolchains, and current dependency coordinates.
- Migrated resource metadata from Forge mods.toml to NeoForge neoforge.mods.toml.

Compatibility
- Updated recipe, ingredient, fluid, loot, network, model, book, command, and registry helpers for the 26.1 API surface.
- Updated generated fluid transfer data and tag paths to the current singular tag folder layout.
- Restored client-side model helpers for retextured blocks, retextured items, connected models, item layers, and book structure previews.

Fixes
- Improved recipe sync failures so loadable recipe packet errors include the failing recipe ID.
- Updated fluid tooltip and transfer handling for current item, potion, and fluid APIs.
- Updated Mantle networking helpers and packets for NeoForge custom payload handling.

Version Safety
- Restricted supported Minecraft versions to [26.1.2,26.2).
- Restricted supported NeoForge versions to [26.1.2.78,26.2), so older or newer incompatible loaders fail with a clear dependency message.
