Configurable Entity Clear

Allows the user to setup what mobs are cleared on a set time interval. Also adds a /clearentity command as a safer version of kill @e

Description

/ClearEntity (Entity) (Optional Distance -> Blocks)
Ex: /ClearEntity Minecraft:Pig or /ClearEntity Minecraft:Pig 10 This clears the specified Entity; by default, only unnamed mobs will be cleared this can be changed in the config.

~Auto Clear~
Auto Clear will clear all mobs specified in the list every X Time.
By default, AutoClear runs every Hour and will not clear named mobs. (This can be changed via config)

/AutoClear (SubCommands)/AutoClear List - Displays the List of Entity that will be cleared
/AutoClear Add (Entity) - Adds Entity to the AutoClear List
/AutoClear Remove (Entity) - Removes entity from AutoClear List
/AutoClear Run - Force Runs the AutoClear (Will Display the Count down)
/AutoClear Interval (Seconds) - Sets the interval at which the AutoClear runs

Note: By Default a 10-second warning is displayed before clearing with a 5-second countdown If the Interval is Less than the set warning, it will add the Time on to the interval ex: 8 Second Interval with a 10 Second Warning will be 18 Seconds.
