Hotfix for forge.9.1 - that build plus one fix, nothing else.

Fixed
• Servers could freeze permanently - no chunks loading, mobs and machines stopped, TPS zero, while the client kept drawing so you could still move and look around, and no crash report was written. A lost wakeup in the chunk task scheduler left chunks queued with free capacity and nothing scheduled to run them, and once the server is waiting on a chunk no new work arrives to restart it

• Reported through Dimensional Doors pockets but not specific to that mod - dimension-heavy packs just hit the window more often

Drop-in update - recommended for everyone on forge.9.1. No config changes needed.
