Ported the missing features from 1.20.1

  • Repairing elytras with mana
  • Change the catalyst for runic altar recipes
  • Add configs for the cocoon of caprice (set the rare mob chance and toggle the special catalysts)
  • Config to disable ingredient rune refunding  

In the petal apothecary JEI, also show a bowl of water as a possible water source (Looking at you, Compression players starting out)
