* Fixed max compression not being able to be changed

* Now actually works with modded blocks

* Changed the format of the config file, each entry now takes a registry name and a texture location (THIS WILL BREAK EXISTING CONFIGS, CHANGE BEFORE OPENING WORLD)

* Resource pack is now automatically loaded with no user input and will not attempt to write if no configs have changed on the client

* cleaned up recipe logic
