Adds ways to compact your cobble and turn it into mining gear, compact cobble can be found in the world now too! Some changes to fishing as well!

- Limited rock feature a little more (from 5% to 3%)
- Added a rare feature deep underground that is the single spawn pure block
New Additions
- Tanned Leather (Using leather on a Campfire will give you Tanned Leather)
- Miner Pack (Tanned Leather and a button will grant you your pack, bigger packs will be implemented later on)
