What's new

Initial release.

-Added Command Wand item and a dedicated Command Wand creative tab.
-Implemented a dynamic custom GUI for editing up to 5 commands per wand.
-Implemented configuration mode on Shift + Right-Click.
-Implemented sequential command execution on Right-Click.
-Added an Output (ON/OFF) toggle in the GUI to suppress vanilla command feedback.
-Implemented security checks to ensure commands run based on the user's exact permission level.
