Command Block Tools (cwsm & enderite mod)

-Added the Enderite Command Block Paxel, which combines the uses of a hoe, shovel, pickaxe, and axe all in one tool. To get this, combine two random enderite command block tools in an anvil to get a half tool, combine 2 half tools to get a paxel. -Made the enderite command block sword pearlable like the enderite sword -Added config for the sword damage, find the file named "ecbtcws" in the config folder -fixed a few bugs including the command block upgrades being held vertically and being giant in the hand, and fixed the cmd tools not being enchantable -organized the code quite a bit
