Start of internal rework.
Most radioinjectors are not present in this beta, due to new internal reworks. I have not tested this, so please leave any issues in the comments.
Only manual, highspeed and rodless radioinjectors are present. The rest will be readded later.
Adds the CBC Guidebook, Handheld CIWS, Compact 20mm Bullet, Handheld Taser (No textures, however still could be functional)
All recipes have been removed, items only accessinle via commands and creative menu.
