When using a shield in the secondary hand and pressing R with a spear-type item in the main hand, the item in the main hand will go into cooldown, allowing you to change between defending or throwing

Added:
Long swords, warhammers, twinblades now have knocknack attributes
twinblades give movement speed and more damage when wielded together
arm shields provide extra life and protection, diamond and netherite version provide bonus attributes
Light armors increase movement speed and attack speed
