Fix Goats not being able to spawn on coloured grass (by removing 'noOcclusion()' internal setting so that it matches vanilla dirt transparency).
Fix missing 'minecraft:mineable/' tags for harvesting some blocks (Chiseled Stone, Stairs, slabs, path blocks).
Removed error log mentioning 'its not a vanilla 16x dye...'
