Refined Storage 2 support (full)
ColonyLink now works with both AE2 and RS2 networks. You can use either — or both at the same time with separate wands.

New items
- Colony Link Wand (RS) — pair with a Wireless Transmitter instead of a Wireless Access Point
- Colony Link Redirector (RS) — place adjacent to RS2 cables, connects automatically
Setup (RS2)
- Sneak + Right-click a Wireless Transmitter with the RS Wand to link it
- Sneak + Right-click a Builder's Hut with the RS Wand
- Place the Redirector (RS) adjacent to an RS2 cable
- Sneak + Right-click the Redirector with the RS Wand
- Right-click (air) with the RS Wand → resource GUI
Also fixed
- IDLE reason and CPUs/Redirector lines no longer overlap in the GUI
- WH priority toggle now persists correctly between ticks
- "Out of Power" message is now generic (works for all FE chargers)

AE2 and RS2 are both optional — but you need at least one of the two.
🐛 Known limitations (beta)
- RS2 Domum Ornamentum: multi-component blocks with identical materials show duplicates in tooltip (cosmetic only, craft works correctly)
- Tool upgrade substitution not yet implemented for RS2 (items show as-is)
