Get your nets ready. This update introduces hands-on bug-catching, aquatic additions, particle polish, and important stability improvements.

New Features

Bug Nets
A new tool for aspiring entomologists. Use bug nets to catch overworld bugs added by Collector’s Caravan.

New Advancement: "Net Worth"
Unlock this advancement by catching all common bugs using your new bug net.

Fish in a Bucket
Four new aquatic mobs can now be captured and placed using buckets:

    • Betta Fish

    • Lionfish

    • Trout

    • Piranha

New Breaking Particles
Some blocks now emit custom particles when broken, bringing an extra layer of visual feedback and polish to your mining and collecting experience.

Fixes & Improvements

 

Adjusted hitboxes and spawn rates for several insect mobs.

Fixed more small grammar mistakes, mainly capitalization in item names.

Dev Notes

This is the foundation for deeper bug-catching mechanics and biome-aware collecting. Future updates will expand this system with rare species, unique behaviors, new tools, and more immersive ways to interact with the environment.
