  • Category Reset Button UI (CollapsibleCategoryRuleEntry): Rendered a subtle, elegant ↺ Reset button plate in warm gold left of the rule count badge when a category contains modified rules (modifiedCount > 0).
  • Dynamic Title Clearance & Layout: Automatically offsets category title clearance to guarantee zero visual collisions between expanding titles, marquee scrolling text, and the reset button.
  • Visual Hover Illumination & Inert Fallthrough: Added smooth glassmorphic plate hover highlights with border framing (0x44FFAA00), keeping clicks visually inert in preparation for action wiring in Step 18.
