Fixes
- Fixed non-vanilla VH coins being voided on pickup
Temporary
- Added a blacklist config option to allow players/modpack devs
to set coins that shouldn't go in the pouch.
This option will be replaced in the future with an "Allowed Coins" option
that will have the coin ID and the convertions for that coin.
