* Fixed error when using the coin pouch keybind without having one
* Removed display from Catalyst Infusion Table because it doens't use coins
* Fixed Coin pouch not getting added to Spirit if Soulbound option is disabled
* Fixed Spirit Extractor always consuming coins from slot and pouch (double consuming)
* Fixed Jewel Cutting Station consuming coin and not apply the cut if only 1 coin
    was in the pouch
