- Added model verification to Pokemon spawns; if a Pokemon doesn't have a model, it won't spawn the structure. If a structure is labeled disabled after running the server, this is what needs to be checked.

- Fixed cleanup when a file is removed from the created datapack

- Fixed persistant running between server restarts, things should remain the same between restarts.
