Changes

• Improved leaderboard placement persistence for LOCAL and GLOBAL displays
• Improved hologram cleanup and recovery after restarts
• Made reload and refresh operations preserve existing displays whenever possible

Fixes

• Fixed GLOBAL PostgreSQL leaderboards reverting to LOCAL after a restart
• Fixed duplicate holograms appearing after reloads, refreshes, or invalid entity references
• Fixed /leaderboard cleanup removing valid displays with outdated UUID references
• Fixed missing hologram lines not being restored correctly
• Fixed repeated /leaderboard reload commands increasing the number of display entities
• Fixed old placement files overwriting newer, valid leaderboard data
• Fixed duplicate LOCAL definitions being created at the same location as GLOBAL leaderboards
• Fixed displays potentially loading in the wrong dimension
• Fixed incomplete board style persistence in placement files
