- Added world-to-server-to-world pokemon transfers, enable in config on client and server, take your pokemon anywhere as long as server enables it, no need to manually transfer, once enabled auto-detects your clients pokemon

- Added multi-pokemon select functionality with the select button and then click transfer for local transfer
