🎉 Local Difficulty Scaling, revised Party Scaling, and more!

⭐ New features:

  • New option: EnableLocalDifficultyScaling // Increases Pokémon levels based on the current local difficulty (100% to 167.5%).
  • New option: LocalDifficultyMultiplier // Increase or decrease the effect that local difficulty has on levels.
  • New option: RespectEvolutionLevels // Prevents evolved Pokémon from dropping below their evolution level.

🔧 Changes and fixes:

  • Party Scaling: Pokémon with a higher level than your party will now be affected by party scaling unless OnlyScaleUpwards is enabled.
