⭐ New features:
- New option: EnableLocalDifficultyScaling // Increases Pokémon levels based on the current local difficulty (100% to 167.5%).
- New option: LocalDifficultyMultiplier // Increase or decrease the effect that local difficulty has on levels.
- New option: RespectEvolutionLevels // Prevents evolved Pokémon from dropping below their evolution level.
🔧 Changes and fixes:
- Party Scaling: Pokémon with a higher level than your party will now be affected by party scaling unless OnlyScaleUpwards is enabled.
