Cobblemon Battle Tower

- Fixed a few cleanup issues, to make sure bosses and players properly cleanup on disconnects
- Fixed a cooldown issue when checking the time remaining causing it to not tick down properly
- Fixed doubles npc attempting to tera/dynamax both of their pokemon on the same turn
- Adjusted the max hp values of the bosses so players get further
- Added special giratina battle on floor 33 boss mode, planning to add more form changing bosses as well
- Added a player parameter to /bt setfloor so now it works on designated players, E.g /bt setfloor [player] [floor] [singles] [lvl50] [opponentteam]
