1.2.1-release

- I knew I forgot something... pretty minor update!

- Pokémon revived from fossils can now be granted the Gifted Mark, given they fill the conditions.

- Now the Depths Mark doesn't apply to Pokémon below Y=-22

- Doubled the chance of the Revival Mark from base Cobblemon.

- Fixed some minor oversights in the Italian and Portuguese translations.

- Gifted Mark IV stat number requirement upped by 1.

- Fixed some inconsistencies in unreleased mark colourings. (shouldn't matter if you weren't testing in creative)
