CobbledGacha v.3 [Cobblemon 1.7] [Fabric/NeoForge 1.21.1]

- Gacha machines are now split across three categories: Generic, Specific, and Spawner types. These types are datapackable for each machine and will determine the function of each.
- Added Gacha Balls. Acting exactly like the colored variants of Poke Gacha Machine, these new items serve as placeholders to spawn Pokemon for Spawner type machines.
- Added the Rocket Prize Master machine. Gives players Rocket Balls in exchange for Koban Coins which can be found from Meowth.
- Added the Rocket Ball. Using one will give players Pokemon directly in their party or in their PC is their party is full.
- Added the Plush-O-Matic. Gives players plushies from the Pokeblocks mod in exchange for various types of craftable Yarn from Pokemon Friends.
- Added the Plain Yarn, Fiery Yarn, Grassy Yarn, Soggy Yarn, Sparky Yarn, Frosty Yarn, Creepy Yarn, Hardy Yarn, Fantasy Yarn, Feathery Yarn, and Toothy Yarn.
- Gacha machines are now able to have datapackable global cooldowns between the same types of machines. No more circumventing cooldowns by crafting another machine.
- Spawner type machines now have customizable, datapackable bucket rates.
- Fixed the loot tables for color variants of the Poke Gacha Machine.
- Updated the Item Printer model.
- Added new animations for the Poke Gacha Machine, Cram-O-Matic, and Item Printer.
- Added the option to utlize bulk spending when currency is put on the offhand slot.
- Added a new notification popup that shows when a Gacha Machine dispenses loot to indicate success.
