📜 Cobble Capsule 1.2 – Feature Update & Stability Pass

This update brings a round of new configuration options, a major gameplay improvement to Pokémon capsule behavior, and several internal fixes to clean up edge cases and mod interactions.


🧩 Changelog

  • Updated the mod license.
  • Added a Pokémon level randomizer to capsules: Pokémon now spawn with a level between 1 and 100 instead of always level 1.
  • Added a new server-side configuration file:
    • Option to independently adjust quantities for main elements and capsule types.
    • Option to set custom minimum and maximum Pokémon levels for capsule spawns.
  • Improved configuration handling: Protected config access during unload events and reset cached values to defaults to avoid invalid references during shutdown.

🐞 Fixes

  • Corrected Mega Bracelet and Z-Ring IDs in bonus capsule loot tables when Mega Showdown is installed.
  • Reworked the formatting logic used by combat capsule bonus loot tables.
  • Marked core table recipes as special so the vanilla recipe book ignores them, preventing client-side “Unknown recipe category” warnings.
  • Updated capsule sound definitions to reference vanilla sound events directly, removing missing-file warnings while keeping custom pitch/volume tweaks.
  • Fixed a crafting issue where the Pokémon Core recipe became incompatible with certain modpacks and mods.

Note: Fully compatible with Cobblemon 1.7.
