Made the Neptunium cleaver have a unique ability. it can now be thrown further when underwater. it currently is still effected by water resistance. Has a nice tool tip explaining it.

Gave the Fluix Cleaver the intrinsic Enchantment of Looting

Reworked Lead Cleaver code to be less costly

 

Made Silver and Lead cleaver configurable. will be extended to other cleavers (this took 10 hours to get to work)
