- Currently able to be obtained via reforging
- Equipment with "Sturdy" will reduce chance of getting negative modifiers

> Added Cinder food items to appear on various traders

> 'Elite' Armor sets added to smiths of their appropriate factions
Atleast until we add a way to craft them manually,
> Fixed field repair kits recipe requiring morgul salts to craft, now you only need one of each forging kits instead
> Fixed negative durability modifier event firing twice for weapons
> Corrected durability thresholds for armor
40% -> 0.05% | 30% -> 0.1% | 20% -> 0.5%,
> Fixed Athelas Tea not clearing negative effects
> Fixed Concentrated Orc Drought not damaging like regular Orc Drought
> Fixed negative modifiers still appearing while reforging, they should now no longer appear while smithing
