CierPixels 1.0.0, Full Release Update

• Made sure that Origin Ore Blocks drop 1-3 Origin Ore upon being broken.
• Added a new enchantment Ditto Draw on Chestplates that changes it so that Ditto's spawn at a 1/10 chance where they would normally spawn.
• Overhauled the durability loss modifiers so that it is under a configurable system.
  • On Mine/Harvest: Digsite, Berry Boss, Nature's Smash; Default 30
  • On Battle: EXP Charm, Nurse Joy, Moody, PokeLoot; Default 0
  • On Capture: PokeBallrus, IV Pokelure, EV Pokelure, Ditto Draw, PokeCatcher; Default 20
  • On Unique: Legendary Walk; Default 500
• Added the ability to enable or disable any of the enchantments via same configuration system. They can still be forced when set to FALSE or on existing items but will not function.
  • They may appear on existing items via enchanting table, but should be removed before being enchanted on said items.
• Added the ability to disable items that forcibly summon Legendary Pokemon (like the Paradox items).
• Origin Ore should spawn on the bottom 16 blocks of the overworld. And drop 1-3 ore upon breaking.
• For brevity, disabled items and enchantments will still appear in JEI but not function if disabled.
• Disabled items and enchantments by default are set to: true.

Some features may not be fully tested before release, though I tested as many as I could on my own within the time constraints I have, for that I apologize. I am one person and there are too many variables to test on my own.
