Cierpixels Update 0.3.0

Imported a private mod I commissioned a while back for my personal server to the mod. Now it's features are available to the public. "PIXATTR", Pixel Attributes, originally made by Block. This adds a number of internal attributes that was built to be compatible with the mod "Pufferfish's Skills" but functions perfectly fine on it's own and is not a regular nor optional dependency for.

• Adds the following op level commands;
  • /pixattr add {playername} catch_rate/exp_rate/shiny_odds <value>
  • /pixattr set ..., /pixattr subtract ...
• Adds the following command for all players;
  • /pixattr view
• Catch Rate increases by +0.1 per level.
• EXP Rate increases global Pokemon XP rate by +10% per level.
• Shiny Odd rate increases by 5% per level.
• Should have fixed a discovered bug, where Enchantments were going on pieces of gear that they were non-functional on.
• Removed the old DIVINE-type icon for one that is not AI-Generated.
• Fixed the en_us lang file for all moves written for "Rainbow Fish" to accurately reflect what each move does. Other lang file changes may not be implemented to reflect durability loss on each piece of gear.

If I can manage it, the next feature update will include the ability to disable specific enchantments through a config file. If I can manage it that is.
