A lightweight and powerful server-side NeoForge mod for Minecraft 1.21.1 that lets players claim and protect chunks.
Perfect for SMP servers that want simple land protection without overcomplication.

Admins can also define spawn protection areas with global restrictions.

`/claim buy [amount]`	Buy additional claim slots using diamonds
`/claim number`	Show your available claim slots
`/unclaim`	Remove your claim from the current chunk
`/claimlist`	List all your claims
`/claiminfo`	Show information about the current chunk
`/trust <player>`	Allow a player to build in your claims
`/untrust <player>`	Remove a player's trust
`/trustlist`	Show all trusted players
`/statistics`	Open the statistics GUI
