ChronoTorch 0.2.2
- Fixed a crash: a Time Torch hung on a wall within reach of another Time Torch made the two speed each other up endlessly until the game crashed. Time Torches, on floors or walls, are now never accelerated. Every 0.2.1 version was affected; please update.
- Fixed: on Minecraft 1.17 to 1.20.1 the Time Torch and Celestial Pedestal panels drew only their sliders and buttons.
- Fixed: on Minecraft 1.20 to 1.21.1 the glow behind the torch in the Time Torch panel drew as a solid yellow disc.
- Fixed: on Minecraft 1.17 the Time Torch area outline did not appear or update when switched on.
ChronoTorch 0.2.1
- Time Torch panel: the three buttons are now gold builds. The redstone button is a dial casing whose jewel lights red and whose clock ticks run while the torch answers to redstone; the outline button is a gear plaque whose gears turn while the outline is shown; Done is an engraved casing with a cyan hairline that sweeps on hover.
ChronoTorch 0.2.0 — first release
Advanced Torch
- Lights its entire chunk to a flat light level of 14, bedrock to build limit, the instant it is placed.
- Hard edge at the chunk border: nothing leaks into neighbouring chunks.
- Places on floors and walls.
Time Torch
- Accelerates machines, block entities and crops in a configurable area.
- Painted control panel: speed up to x32, area up to 17x17, height up to 17, redstone mode, area outline.
- Places on floors and walls.
Celestial Pedestal
- Hold the sky at day or night, or let it cycle with day and night lengths from 1 minute to 2 hours each.
- Hold the weather clear, rainy or stormy, or leave it natural.
- Panel shows the live sky; the brazier burns only while the pedestal is in command.
New ingredients
- Unbound Nether Star (five Nether Stars), Dragon Core (one per Ender Dragon), craftable Dragon Egg.
For modpacks
- Block and block-entity tags, config with live reload, per-dimension rules, advancement-gated unlock steps, Java API.
Fabric (requires Fabric API), NeoForge and Forge, with the same features everywhere. MIT licensed.
