Bug Fixes

  - Fixed chisel not showing durability bar
  - Fixed blocks instantly breaking when chisel damage is disabled in config

  - Added missing Offset Tool crafting recipe (ender pearl + stick)

  JEI Integration

  - Added craftable block indicator in JEI - shows which block in each group has a recipe

  - Transparent technical blocks (Rusty Scaffold, Fans) now render as glass-like blocks with proper transparency
