- Fixed an issue where Ghasts with Fire Resistance organs were immune to fire damage, so fireballs reflected by the player could not kill them and the "Uneasy Alliance" advancement could not be earned
- Ghasts keep their fire immunity, but a Large Fireball reflected (or fired) by a player still deals the vanilla instant-kill damage when it hits them
