  • Added Anesthesia Surgery enchantment: On a successful chest-opening, applies Slowness to the target for 3 seconds, with the effect level equal to the enchantment level.
  • Added Post-Op Suture enchantment: When closing the chest cavity interface, restores 1 HP per enchantment level to the target.
  • Fixed a bug where the Safe Surgery enchantment still allowed chest-opening on pets even when it should have taken effect.
  • Adjusted Safe Surgery interception priority so it now triggers before the health check and Hydraulic Pliers logic.
  • Fixed an issue where chest-opening damage was abnormally amplified by the attacker's damage-boosting organs, causing target creatures to be killed. Chest-opening damage now bypasses the attacker organs' attack callback.
  • Fixed ChestCavityData initialization flag being unconditionally set to true during deserialization. It is now persisted and falls back to true for legacy saves (≤1.8.1).
