Editable responses to 'commands' sent to it.

Use:

Chat "iKai: enable" (The command word "iKai:" can be changed in config)

this will enable the chatbot.

Then you can say the command word (default "iKai:") then the 'command' (ex: "hi") and it will respond.

Responses can be set in the config file.
