Chat Colors

• Rewrote the mod, it's easier for me to update now and I can support more versions more easily
• Fixed a bug where the 'old syntax' was actually case sensitive, e.g. §[RED]LOOOOOOOOL would not be red
• You can now escape markdown syntax with \, e.g. \*this is not italic\*

I'm not sure about using markdown characters anymore, it probably breaks alot of stuff. To the small amount of people who actually read the changelog, do you think it would be better to use html-like syntax instead? E.g. <b>hello</b> instead of **hello**. It'd be a bit harder to use but less annoying.
