Chaos Persists (OreSpawn Remake)

Fixed/Changed:
- Wing flapping sounds
- Spawn eggs not being able to be placed in spawners
- TPS plummiting when pets are killed
- Companions/Pets from other mods being forced to teleport
- Tamed royal dragons attacking each other
- Queen and Princesses purple power being to big
- Overhauled the tamable mob system so they now attack what you attack/attacks you, if they are sitting there is no retaliation, All tameable mobs with attack ai will now attack hostile mobs around you. if you hit a pet your other pets will not attack it this is to prevent accidental deaths
- Stinky flying sideways or backwards
- Stinky sitting not working
- Broken block drops
- Not being able to /kill the nightmare
- Not being able to /kill the triffid
- Criminals not chasing the player
- Moleniod dirt break speed
- Leon not being able to sit
- Leon being insanely laggy
- Leon floating in the air
- Possibility of dungeon chests generating empty
- Ostrich not staying
- WTF not being able to sit after being tamed
- Chaos Persists plants can now be placed in pots
