Quick bug fix update

 

added the lava and nature staff to the /ultimate command (changes amount of ultimate points you have)

fixed order of the staff creative tab

fixed nature not being in the correct tab

fixed cooldown remover not working or being in the creative menu

balanced out the staffs so they arent overpowered anymore
