fixed a issue where last chance where called when everyone left a server

rebalanced hell mode, illusioniers and blindness effect where removed

added dream levels which work like a currency you can use in "Dream Market" to purchase permanent bonuses in dream and hell mode

added two player fights, when a player dies and another one enters his hell to revive him, he now can join the fight to with a iron sword and bow

added 6 more dream types with various game modes to have fun with

fixed "just a dream" mode where the chunk didnt load when a player was above height level 120

fixed an critical issue where effects didnt get removed after a hell rewind or a hell entrance
